2005 ISC West Special Report: Rock and Roll Provokes Parties

LAS VEGAS — ISC isn’t just about business. Once the show floor closes, it’s time for even the highest alarm industry executives to let down their hair and dance the night away.

This year’s ADI Customer Appreciation Party on April 7 at the Hard Rock Casino Hoteldidn’t disappoint. Along with enough food to make the thin Elvis fat, a medley of 1970s and ’80s rock stars graced the stage, including Starship, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band and Knack lead singer Doug Fieger.

Among other can’t-miss gigs on April 7 were an appearance by Hootie and the Blowfish at Pelco’s private party and a gathering at the Palms Hotel’s famous Ghost Bar hosted by Criticom Int’l.
