Acquisition Links Henry Bros. With Securus

SADDLEBROOK, N.J. — Electronic security provider Henry Bros. Electronics Inc. acquired Denver-based security systems integrator Securus Inc. in a deal whose terms have not been disclosed.

Henry Bros. Electronics CEO James Henry in a statement says to expect a synergistic relationship between the two entities that will provide a greater efficiency with customers.

A longtime member of the PSA Security Network, Securus has been in business since 1969 and is one of the larger integrators in the Rocky Mountain states. Among Securus’ base of clients are small businesses, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
