Colombo Joins SS&I With ‘Fire Side Chat’ Column
TORRANCE, Calif.—Security Sales & Integration (SS&I) welcomes long-time trade writer Al Colombo to the magazine. Previously with SDM magazine, Colombo now has a monthly fire-oriented column with SS&I called “Fire Side Chat With Al Colombo”.
Outside of writing, Colombo is a project manager for Abbott Electric Inc. of Canton, Ohio. He holds certification for fire detection systems and fire extinguishers with the Ohio Fire Marshall’s office.
Well known for his former “Kinks & Hints” column, Colombo’s new column with SS&I will inform and educate security professionals on technologies and trends in the fire and life safety markets.
“Al Colombo is a name synonymous with technical expertise within the security industry. I am thrilled that he has joined our team,” says SS&I Editor Scott Goldfine.
