IPVideo Corp. Enters OEM Partnership With Milestone Systems
The addition of a VMS powered by Milestone complements to IPVideo Corp.’s own C3fusion integrated security management (ISM) solution.
IPVideo Corp. said it has entered into an OEM agreement with Milestone Systems that will allow it to sell and support a rebranded version of Milestone's XProtect video management software.
BAY SHORE, N.Y. – IPVideo Corp., a provider of IP-based video surveillance and command center solutions, has entered into an OEM agreement with Milestone Systems that will allow it to sell and support a rebranded version of Milestone’s XProtect software platform.
The solution will parallel the offerings of Milestone’s current Enterprise and Corporate software suites, which cater to largescale, multisite, geographically dispersed applications. IPVideo Corp. will offer the video management system (VMS) as software-only or pre-loaded onto servers with a range of storage options. In addition, the company will offer licensing to the full range of supported integration partners that comprise Milestone’s open platform ecosystem, according to the company.

The addition of a VMS powered by Milestone Systems is a natural complement to IPVideo Corp.’s own C3fusion integrated security management (ISM) solution, according to the company. C3fusion, used by municipalities, utilities and law enforcement, provides centralized command, control and coordinated response to a wide range of disparate systems through a central interface.
Milestone System’s XProtect platform is already supported by C3fusion, bringing surveillance video, as well as data from any of its community of integration partners, into the C3fusion management console.
IPVideo Corp. said it would continue to offer its SentryVMS option for customers seeking a cost-effective solution that includes select license-free cameras and encoders.
