Stern Named DVTel’s New President & CEO
RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. — DVTel Inc. has appointed Yoav Stern as its president and CEO. Stern will also serve as the company’s board director. He replaces Eli Gorovici, who will continue to serve as an advisor to the CEO and will help supervise strategic projects.
Stern previously served as CEO of an international publicly traded company in the homeland security industry. He is also a principal shareholder of Florida-based Kellstrom Aerospace LLC. Since 1995, Stern has served as co-chairman of New Jersey-based Bogen Communications Int’l, Inc.
