In a bit of a surprise, residential topped this list; however, 46% of the respondents reported 4% or less for residential compared to only 16% reporting 4% or less for offices. In fact, only 7% do no office buildings at all while 30% do no residential.
While cybersecurity clearly came out on top, the 13 challenges were fairly clustered together with only 1.12 on the 1-5 scale (5 being the top challenge) separating No. 1 from No. 13. Cybersecurity came in at 2.83, lacking in useful features 1.71.
