Avocados have been all the rage over the last year. From avocado toast to avocado pickles, its no wonder that prices are skyrocketing.

That being said, you would think some people would have a little more respect for the exotic fruit.

Two men were caught on store surveillance cameras throwing avocados at workers of a Bronx deli.

Police say the dispute began after the deli worker got one of the men’s food orders wrong. The first avocado he throws hits a deli worker square in the face, breaking his jaw.

He throws a few more at the worker at point blank range before the suspect’s friend joins in.
