Top 5 Surveillance Videos of the Week: Car Goes Airborne After Hitting Rotary Island

Other top surveillance videos of the week include a hit-and-run, a spinning pizza delivery driver and more.

The coronavirus has had a serious impact on our daily lives. Not even the top surveillance videos of the week are immune to COVID-19.

Due to much of the country (and world) being quarantined, there is unsurprisingly a lack of new interesting surveillance videos. In order to make sure we can keep bringing you this weekly feature to help lighten the mood in these trying times, we will temporarily be reducing the number of videos from 9 to 5.

Now, on to this week’s top surveillance videos…

You would think that due to various restrictions and lockdowns across the world that there would be less traffic incidents since there aren’t as many people on the road, right?

Turns out the opposite is happening in certain places. The wide-open roads and reduced police presence appear to be making motorists drive more recklessly.

Please do everyone a favor and drive safely. Use common sense and pay attention to the road, otherwise you may end up like this driver in Poland. Surveillance video shows the car speeding down the road and driving directly into a roundabout island.

The island has a slight slope to it which made it act like a ramp, launching the car straight up into the air. After watching this video, you’ll believe a car can fly.

Also this week…

It seems like once a week there’s at least one viral video of someone that refuses to follow public safety policies. This week, surveillance video from a dollar store shows a man wiping his nose on a store employee who asked him to wear a mask. He would end up facing charges after the dirty deed.
