Top 5 Surveillance Videos of the Week: Police Raid Empty Club That Was Streaming Old Gig

Other top surveillance videos of the week include the confessed Parkland school shooter fighting a jail guard, a car getting destroyed by a train and more.

Due to much of the country (and world) being quarantined, there is unsurprisingly a lack of new surveillance videos. In order to make sure we can keep bringing you this weekly feature to help lighten the mood in these trying times, we will temporarily be reducing the number of videos from 9 to 5.

Now, on to this week’s top surveillance videos…

Due to the aforementioned quarantine, large gatherings have been banned in most places. That means no sporting events, live music or entertainment performances of any kind.

However, performers have gotten creative, streaming shows for their own homes for everyone to see. A  comedy club in England recently streamed stand-up performances on YouTube and Facebook.

The problem? There appeared to be a large audience watching the performance, prompting an online viewer to call the police.

Surveillance video from the club shows around a dozen officers and numerous police vehicles arrive. As the police investigate, they realize the club is closed. Turns out the video the whistle-blower was watching was actually pre-recorded several weeks prior.

Also this week…

Surveillance video was recently released that shows the confessed Parkland school shooter attack a jail security guard. The footage shows the guard sitting in a chair when the inmate suddenly rushes him. They tussle for a bit before the guard is eventually able to restrain him.
