These days it seems hard to go more than a week without hearing about a tragic story involving an active shooter. This past September seemed especially bad.
The month saw a number of active shooter incidents, including one at an Ohio bank that saw three people killed and several more injured.
Omar Enrique Santa-Perez, the alleged gunman, entered the bank with a 9mm handgun and was carrying magazines with 250 rounds of ammunition, according to police.
Body camera footage from city police officers caught the tense moment they approach the building and engage the shooter. Gunfire is briefly exchanged before the shooter is confirmed to be down.

Well unsurprisingly it has happened again, this time in Fresno, Calif. But why would it stop? In all the videos we’ve seen, store employees idly stand by, more likely to take a Snapchat video than attempt to stop the thieves or call the police.
Make sure to check out the rest of this week’s top surveillance videos, which include a man terrified of dogs, a vehicular smash and grab and much more!
