Top 10 Surveillance Videos of the Week: Store Clerk Saves Baby as Mother Has Seizure

Watch all of this week’s videos, including a dramatic shooting at a Detroit gas station and a savage-like robbery of an Indianapolis clothing store.

Ordinary people can do extraordinary things.

It’s a cliche that’s been used over and over again, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t apply in some instances. Convenience store cashier Rebecca Montano is a prime example.

Montano was ringing up a young mother’s purchases at Alta Convenience in Arvada, Colo., as the mother held her baby in her arms. Then, Montano noticed something was wrong.

The young mother had a dazed look in her eyes. Montano started growing concerned for the customer and her child as the mother started swaying from side to side, so Montano carefully took the baby from the mother’s arms just before she fainted to the floor with a seizure. The entire incident was captured on the store’s video surveillance system.

The heroic act leads off this week’s installment of the Surveillance Videos of the Week. Other top videos include a dramatic shooting at a Detroit gas station as well as a shooting that was caused by nachos. Yes, nachos.
