Hackett Security Purchases P & L Products
Hackett Security, which installs and monitors intrusion and fire alarm systems in greater St. Louis and Southwestern Illinois, announces the purchase of P & L Products. The St. Louis-based systems integrator specializes in video imaging, time and attendance, access control and video surveillance systems.
The purchase includes equipment, licenses and service agreements. P & L will operate as a division of Hackett Security. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“P & L is a Fargo Electronics partner and offers leading-edge products in badging and ID solutions,” says Michael Hackett, CEO and president. “They have an outstanding reputation for serving the security needs of dozens of local business and schools. The company is an excellent fit for Hackett Security as we continue to expand and grow into new product areas.”
Hackett and P & L offer complete campus access control systems for business and educational facilities and can supply ID card and access control equipment with technical support, installation and training, according to the company.
