ScanSource Security Partners With Brivo to Enhance IP Offering
GREENVILLE, S.C.
ScanSource Security Distribution Inc., distributor of physical security products, has added Brivo Systems, provider of Web applications for access control and security systems, to its line card. According to ScanSource, by offering Brivo’s Web-based access control solutions, resellers are able to better assist their customers with monitoring their assets and employee safety in real-time without the need for dedicated PCs or servers.
Brivo’s products can be integrated into a user’s current network structure, along with the telephone system, data, surveillance and other processes. Its ACS OnSite™ electronic access control system is designed for single facilities, including those that house multiple businesses. “Brivo is a natural fit in our IP-centric strategy, ensuring our reseller customers can deliver the most cutting-edge security solutions to their customers,” says Tony Sorrentino, vice president of merchandising, ScanSource Security Distribution. “As security products move to the network, it is essential to have partners like Brivo to help our resellers take their customers to the next level with easily integrated solutions.”
