Trango Broadband Wireless announces that Community Broadband, an Oregon-based wireless Internet service provider, began deploying point-to-multipoint access points and subscriber units for broadband access.
Community Broadband will continue to scale its network using Trango Access5830 point-to-multipoint access points and Atlas FOX subscriber units.
“The Trango radios are providing the performance and reliability levels needed in order to accomplish our goal to provide service to Central Oregon’s business and residential community,” said Dan Devlin, CEO of Community Broadband.
Community Broadband operates a wireless network extending more than 1,000 square miles from its operating center in Redmond.
