Pro One CFO Is Elected to Board of Directors
TOPEKA, Kan.
The Board of Directors for Protection One Inc. has elected Darius Nevin to join the board, which went into effect Nov. 15. Pro One says Nevin will continue in his capacity as executive vice president and CFO for the company.
Nevin has been involved in the security industry as an investor and manager for 16 years. Immediately before joining Protection One, he was CFO of Guardian Int’l Inc., a Florida-based provider of residential and commercial security services to customers in Florida and New York.
“Darius’ in-depth knowledge of the monitored security business and his financial and entrepreneurial experience enables him to provide strategic insight and counsel as we prepare for our future,” says Richard Ginsburg, president and CEO of Pro One.
