Strategic Vista to Acquire Mansoor Electronics
TORONTO
Strategic Vista Corp., a subsidiary of Strategic Vista International Inc. (SVII) and a manufacturer of video security, surveillance and communication solutions, announces the signing of a purchase agreement to acquire the operating assets of Mansoor Electronics Ltd. The all-cash transaction of approximately $3.5 million is scheduled to close on or prior to Sept. 30.
Commenting on the purchase agreement, Bernie Klein, chairman and CEO of SVII, stated, “This acquisition of Mansoor’s security surveillance business will expand our distribution channels, increase our product range and provide us with the rights to the Home Sentinel brand name. Adding the Mansoor business is consistent with both our growth strategy and our objective to provide good returns for our shareholders.”
Based in Markham, Ontario, Mansoor Electronics is a manufacturer and marketer of video surveillance products, including CCTV systems, wireless burglar alarms and video door phones under the brand name Home Sentinel.
