Tennessee Association Elects New Board

NASHVILLE, Tenn.

The Tennessee Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (TBFAA) recently announced new appointments for the association’s 2006 board of directors. Scott Slough of Slough & Associates moved up from secretary during 2005 to president elect. Nelson Garrett of Garrett Security Systems, who had occupied the position of president in 2005, has moves up to past president. And Jay Hardy of Brinks Home Security moves up from president elect in 2005 to association president in 2006.

Named to TBFAA’s 2006 Board of Directors are Kevin Doyle, secretary; Geoff Tillett, northeast region vice president; John Lee, southeast region vice president; Tony Hayes, associate director; and John Knox, national liaison director.

Returning TBFAA board members include David Smith, treasurer; Larry Tidwell, midstate region vice president; Jim Overton, western region vice president; Will Fleenor, upper east region vice president; Matt Eckert, director-at-large; Paul Owen, director-at-large; and Robyn Cunningham, associate director.
