TI Adds 2 Companies to Team Tag-It Program
DALLAS
Texas Instruments (TI) has added two companies to its Team
Tag-It program, a partnership between organizations
dedicated to the development and market adoption of RFID
smart labels. InfoWave Solutions, an RFID middleware and
integration services provider, and Vanguard ID Systems, a
manufacturer of custom-made RFID cards, key tags and
labels, join approximately 60 other companies in the
program established March 2000.
Team Tag-It members enjoy marketing, sales and networking
opportunities, as well as share resources to help
strengthen the market for RFID smart labels.
The Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada-based InfoWave
provides businesses with mobile solutions for improving
operational efficiency and increasing the productivity of
mobile workers.
Since 1987, Vanguard ID Systems, based in West Chester,
Pa., has developed bar-coded cards, key tags and labels.
