Hikvision’s 4K (8 MP) Smart PTZ was the 2016 winner of the New Product Showcase Award at ISC West in the “Video Surveillance Cameras HD (Megapixel)” category.
This camera (DS-2DF8836IV-AELW) provides four times more resolution performance than 1080p (2 MP) cameras, resulting in Ultra HD image detail in real time (24 fps). The camera also features digital wide dynamic range at 120 dB, 3D digital noise reduction, HLC/BLC, and an IR range of 650 feet. With a powerful 36x optical zoom day/night lens, the camera offers great detail over expansive areas.
The camera features a wide range of Smart functions, including detection of line crossing, entry and exit, intrusion, and audio exceptions, as well as region of interest encoding and smart tracking.
