Flag Ceremony Finalizes Philips Buyout by Bosch Security Systems
In completing the acquisition of Philips CSI, in late October, officials from Bosch Security Systems held a flag-raising ceremony at the CSI office in Lancaster, Pa.
Peter Ribinski, president and CEO of Bosch, attended the event and presented a Bosch Security Systems flag to Bob Richards, general manager of the Lancaster location.
