Fire•Lite Donates $1,000 to DARE
The North Branford Police Department hosted more than 400 automobiles as part of the sixth annual DARE Car Show/SWAP conducted recently at Fire•Lite Alarms Inc./NOTIFIER. DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education.
Fire•Lite Alarms Inc./NOTIFIER Senior Vice President W. Allen Fritts presented North Branford Detective Ronald Onofrio with a donation of $1,000 on behalf of the company.
Detective Onofrio, who is the town’s DARE officer, says more than 1,500 people visited the show, which raised money for the town’s drug awareness programs.
