Samsung points out its new MicroLED product employs micrometer-size LED lights to eliminate the backlight and color filters that common displays use. The self-illuminating product produces light from its own pixels and it provides 100% of the DCI and Adobe RGB color gamuts. Samsung also points out that its new display also delivers a 4K resolution and a total 8 million pixels. Additionally, through the use of its Micro AI Processor, its new display is capable of reproducing HDR content.
