GVI Security Solutions Sets Up Surveillance in Sarasota County School District
CARROLLTON, Texas
GVI Security Solutions Inc., provider of video security surveillance solutions featuring the complete Samsung Electronics line of products, has announced an additional school video security order from the Sarasota County (Florida) School District.
“We expect to deliver over 900 outdoor weather proof and vandal-resistant dome cameras that incorporate motorized zoom lens technology during 2007 to expand a high resolution, always-on video surveillance solution to protect students, teachers, staff and visitors at the Sarasota County School District,” says Michael D. Capulli, GVI Security Solutions senior vice president of sales, North America. “The new order is in addition to the 700 cameras that we’ve already shipped and have been installed at the Sarasota County School District since the program began last year.”
The Sarasota County project includes CCTV video surveillance controlled through RS-485 communications using Samsung protocols.
