IEI Products Now Listed on GSA Schedule
CANTON, Mass.
Electronic access control products manufacturer International Electronics Inc. (IEI) announces it has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 84 contract and its products are now available on the GSA Schedule.
The GSA Schedule is a government-wide procurement vehicle that provides agencies with value pricing and procurement for a multitude of commercial products and services. GSA Schedule 84 includes total solutions for law enforcement, security, facilities management, fire, rescue, and related products. The company’s GSA Schedule is for a period of five years. According to IEI, purchases by government agencies via Schedule 84 totaled $4.5 billion in 2006, about $200 million of which were products in categories IEI will participate.
