Intruder Robs Home of Installing Security Company Owners

LAS VEGAS – Police are searching for an armed intruder who broke into the home of the owners of home security firm Brantley Security.

Surveillance footage from the house shows the intruder – wearing a UNLV beanie and letterman jacket – knocking on the front door of the home. He later moved to another side of the house holding a revolver, and breaking a window with a mop handle, Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

The suspect broke into the home just after 3 p.m. on Dec. 16. He got away with three guns, an iPad and an iPhone.

The homeowner, Shari Brantley, said that she did not set her alarm – something she recommends to all her clients – when she left her home because she was only going to be gone for a short time.

Police are currently reviewing the video surveillance footage taken by the Brantley’s security cameras to locate the suspect.
