PBFAA Bestows Honorary Tribute to Keith Ladd
The Pennsylvania Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (PBFAA) has posthumously awarded Keith M. Ladd, founder of Exton, Pa.-based The Protection Bureau, with an honorary membership.
The tribute was announced at a special ceremony at PBFAA’s recent conference during which the association also renamed its annual President’s Award the Keith M. Ladd Award.
The revered industry friend, who passed away in February, was instrumental in the development of the organization in 1978 and served as president from 1984-1987.
Ladd also founded the organization’s monthly newsletter, The Bellringer in 1980. Ladd’s wife and children were presented a plaque in appreciation of Ladd’s unselfish dedication to the PBFAA and the Bellringer.
