Allied Universal Expands With U.S. Security Associates Buy
Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, reached an agreement to acquire U.S. Security Associates (USSA) from Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division (GSMBD) for undisclosed terms. The transaction includes the acquisition of Andrews Int’l, the global arm of USSA.
