SSI Bestows Top Honors for Sales, Marketing Efforts

Installation companies from throughout North America celebrated their newly-minted SAMMY honors during the 14th Annual awards gala, hosted at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas on the eve of ISC West.

With strong attendance and a plethora of industry leaders, 11 companies took home SAMMYs in 13 sales and marketing categories, including the new Integrated Installation of the Year award, presented to Security Systems of America.

This year, the coveted Installer of the Year category was presented in two fields recognizing companies based on size. The Protection Bureau of Exton, Pa., claimed the honors as the Installer of the Year for small to midsize companies with 300 or fewer employees. Stanley Convergent Security Solutions of Naperville, Ill., pulled in a win for Installer of the Year as a large company (300+ employees). Stanley also won a SAMMY for Best Sales Brochure.

Yorkton, S.C., Canada-based SecurTek made their presence known by securing wins in two categories: Best Company Newsletter and Best Broadcast Advertisement. Winners will be featured in an upcoming issue of SSI.
