Vigilos Inc. to Receive $5.6M in Series A Funding

SEATTLE

Systems integration software provider Vigilos Inc. says it will receive $5.6 million in Series A financing to expand sales and marketing efforts and continue to expand capabilities of the company’s software. The financing is led by Northwest Venture Associates (NWVA), the largest venture capital fund exclusively invested in Pacific Northwest-based companies. The Series A round brings Vigilos’ total funds raised to $11.2 million.

In other company news, NWVA General Partner Mark Mecham has joined the Vigilos board of directors.
