Camera Housing Suited for Explosive, Hazardous Locations

The EX100 by Extreme CCTV of Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, is an all-weather, explosion-protected camera housing made of high-grade stainless steel. Because of its durability, it is suited for explosive environments and hazardous locations.

According to Extreme CCTV, the EX100 was recently selected by the Province of Quebec’s Ministry of Transportation for the first phase of a tunnel surveillance project on a Montreal highway. There, the EX100 will be subjected to salt, oil and dirt, which typically destroy conventional cameras during winter months.
