Mobotix Adds to North American Sales Team
NEW YORK — With a more than 30% sales increase in the Americas last quarter, Mobotix has added two business development managers to its North American sales team.
Derek Martinez will spearhead sales in the northwestern United States and northwestern Canada. Prior to joining the company, Martinez worked for UTC Fire and Security and as a security practitioner for the University of California at San Diego.
Mobotix has named Francisco Peral as business development manager for the Caribbean, Latin America and Mexico. A seasoned security industry sales professional, Peral has several years of experience in propelling the adoption of IP-based technologies in the region. He previously served as an independent sales representative and security industry consultant for companies such as Genetec and Ionodes. He also held a sales position with Verint Systems.
