Hikvision H.265+ Cameras Reduce Bandwidth Needs, Storage Costs

Hikvision’s new line of H.265+ cameras greatly decrease the bitrate of video, significantly reducing bandwidth needs and storage cost. Hikvision H.265+ is an optimized encoding technology based on the standard H.265/HEVC compression. It extends the application of the ultra HD video in video surveillance. The new line includes models with resolutions from 2MP, 3MP, 5MP to 8MP. Also new is the improved IR technology, EXIR 2.0, new low-light technology, 120dB WDR, smart analytics and IP67 protection.
