Datawatch Systems Director Todd Lewers
BETHESDA, Md. — Datawatch Systems has hired Todd Lewers as director of the company in response to the growing demand from commercial landlords and tenants for the provision of outsourced access control services.
Lewers, as 25-year veteran property management and commercial real estate industry professional, will focus on implementing strategic plans and enhancing client relationships through CRM programming and revenue modeling.
Prior to joining the company, Lewers worked at Roth Bros., a Sodexo Company, where he served as co-director of federal programs. Before that, he developed and executed nationwide business plans for HCS Roofing LLC and SpectraSite Building Group Inc., where he specialized in expanding each company’s footprint and industry penetration through creative partnerships and cutting-edge cooperative purchasing contracting practices.
