Camden offers a complete line of electric strikes, including strikes for cylindrical and mortise locksets, and RIM exit devices.
Camden electric strikes are designed to provide ‘best in class’ product quality, more features and the best value in the industry. Camden strikes are UL 1034 Burglary listed and a range of UL10C fire listed models are also available.
For Cylindrical Locksets (Security)
Camden’s CX-ED1079L (low profile, for 5/8″ latch projection) and CX-ED1079DL (standard depth, for 3/4″ latch projection) ‘Universal’ Grade 1 ANSI strikes offer ‘universal’ performance with selectable 12/24V AC/DC and fail safe/fail secure operation, and have horizontal faceplate/body adjustment. Both models have latch monitoring and come with three stainless steel faceplates.
Camden’s CX-ED2079 low profile Grade 2 ANSI electric strike for cylindrical locksets provides exceptional value with three faceplates and selectable 12/24V AC/DC voltage, fail safe/fail secure operation and horizontal adjustment. Camden’s CX-ED2071 is an 8 to 16VAC Grade 2 ANSI strike for telephone older entry applications.
For Cylindrical Locksets (Fire Rated)
Camden’s CX-ED1410 is UL 90 minutes fire and UL 1034 burglary listed. It features a 3/4″ latch projection, selectable 12/24V, AC/DC voltage, fail safe/fail secure operation, and includes an ANSI square faceplate (4 7/8″ x 1 1/4″), and trim plate. CX-ED1410 is designed to provide the best value and to deliver unparalleled application flexibility over many years of trouble-free service.
All-in-One For Cylindrical And Mortise
The CX-ED1579L is a Grade 1 fire listed electric strike. Designed for mortise and cylindrical locksets the CX-ED1579L offers the added value of built-in latch monitoring, four stainless steel faceplates and ‘Universal’ performance, including field selectable voltage and fail safe/fail secure operation. With a three hour fire rating in fail secure mode, the CX-ED1579L is non-handed and features an easy deadbolt keeper and latch monitor placement.
For Rim Exit Devices
Camden’s CX-ED1259L Grade 1 RIM strike for Pullman latches offers superior strike quality and performance and is the only 1/2″ thick 3 hour fire rated RIM strike on the market. It is also UL 1034 burglary listed. CX-ED1259L is packaged with (2) spacer plates, for ½″ to ¾″ latch projection (throw) and provides unparalleled application flexibility, with field selectable voltage, fail safe/fail secure operation and mechanical adjustment of the strike body.
For Glass Doors
Camden 09 Series glass door strikes are designed for use on single swing glass doors, 1/2″ (12. 7mm) thick. The strike series offers the selection of 12 VDC and 24 VDC models, as well as models with fail safe and fail secure operation. All glass door strikes are reversible for left and right handed doors and can be installed at the top or side of the door.
