Snap One Demonstrates Araknis, Luma, ClareVision Interoperability at ISE 2024

Snap One says that backbone behind its products, including solutions from Luma, ClareVision and Araknis, are its OvrC remote management platform, which facilitates fast and easy setup for dealers.

BARCELONA—At ISE 2024 Snap One will demonstrate how the latest high-speed, high-power solutions from Araknis, Luma and ClareVision provide high levels of performance while simplifying labor through native integration with other Snap One systems including Control4 and OvrC.

“One of the benefits of being a Snap One Partner is having access to a full slate of integration solutions that are designed to work better together, which can help increase installation productivity and labor efficiency,” says Mark Reynolds, vice president & general manager, EMEA, Snap One. “Whether a project calls for high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, a simple doorbell camera or a property-wide, AI-enhanced surveillance solution, integrators can find everything they need with Snap One.”

Araknis‘ latest OvrC-compatible multi-gig solutions include switches with up to 10 Gbps, single- and dual-WAN routers with up to 2.5GBps WAN-LAN, and Wi-Fi 6 access points, PoE capabilities and Layer 2 and Layer 3 functions, while its new single- and dual-WAN VPN routers offer secure connections for owners. All of the solutions are designed to last, with components and performance to support future applications and media formats.

OvrC Remote Management Platform a Focal Point for Snap One at ISE 2024

Snap One emphasizes that of the major benefits of its ecosystem is the OvrC remote systems management platform, which provides integrators advanced tools that simplify and accelerate initial setup and ongoing maintenance. Native OvrC compatibility also allows Snap One dealers to offer monitoring service subscriptions to generate recurring revenue and elevate customer relations.

In addition to the Araknis gear, Snap One’s ISE 2024 booth will showcase the capabilities of Luma’s x20 family of NDAA-compliant surveillance cameras and NVRs, as well as the new Luma Insights platform with integrated AI that can auto-detect incidents and send push alerts to users’ mobile devices. According to the global smart home company, not only does its product lineup provide native compatibility with Control4 and ClareVision systems, dealers benefit from the simple, fast setup procedures offered through OvrC while users gain a state-of-the-art experience with the Luma View mobile app for system control and live monitoring.

The company explains the enhanced camera views are coupled with a new suite of surveillance features including live thumbnails and a new single-camera view with custom buttons and settings in Control4. Snap One’s design teams also reduced the size of Luma x20 cameras by up to 30% compared to previous models, offering a more sleek and discrete aesthetic.

Other ISE 2024 related activities from Snap One include underscoring the value and capabilities of ClareVision‘s NDAA-compliant surveillance line of products that incorporates a range of cameras, NVRs and accessories that offer motion detection, color at night capabilities, on-board Micro SD storage, and a Performance line featuring AI analytics. Snap One also notes that through the ClareVision mobile app, users can receive instant push notifications, access live video feeds, review recorded footage and conduct basic management of camera and NVR settings.

“We want Europe’s integration community to see how Snap One can help them deliver simpler, better, more profitable solutions to satisfy the needs of every homeowner and business owner, regardless of project size,” adds Reynolds. “With the Araknis networking gear providing high-speed internet and our Luma and ClareVision surveillance systems offering robust security enhancement for sites of all sizes and budgets, there has never been a better time to explore how Snap One’s focus on quality and interoperability can take integrators’ businesses to the next level.”

Visit booth #2L130 from Jan. 30 to Feb 2, at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via to see the latest Araknis, Luma, and ClareVision products from Snap One during the annual ISE 2024 show.
