ADT Commercial Acquires Texas-Based Security Integrator
The purchase of CLS Technology deepens ADT Commercial’s capabilities to serve commercial customers in the Houston area.
ADT Commercial has acquired Katy, Texas-based CLS Technology for undisclosed terms.
BOCA RATON, Fla. — ADT Commercial announces the acquisition of CLS Technology, a family owned and operated systems integrator based in Katy, Texas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The purchase of CLS Technology further deepens ADT Commercial’s capabilities to serve mid-market, national and large-scale commercial customers in the Houston area, according to the announcement.
CLS Technology is a low-voltage integrator that has served the metropolitan Houston and surrounding area for 15 years. The company specializes in installing, inspecting and maintaining fire alarm, video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, emergency notification, and intercom and sound reinforcement systems across a variety of commercial environments.
CLS possesses a State of Texas HUB certification, a City of Houston Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.
