BAY CITY, Mich. — DICE Corp. announces the appointment of security industry veteran Avi Lupo to serve as executive vice president.
Lupo will play a leading role in the company, contributing to high-level organizational decisions, product development and new business opportunities. He will also be integral in establishing new sales and marketing expansion strategies for the company’s growing Cloud video recording technology, CloudEye.
“We are very happy to have Avi on our team,” states President and CEO Cliff Dice. “As one of the leaders in research and development for the security industry, we continue to experience tremendous demand for our products and solutions. Avi’s background in video and commitment to broadening industry expectations will bring a fresh perspective and approach to what we do at DICE Corporation.”
With more than 30 years of management experience in the security industry, Lupo comes to DICE Corp. from Kent Technologies in Miami, where he served as the company’s president and CEO. As a provider of video and security services for a wide range of industries, Lupo led the organization in developing robust preventive and interactive security technology, including camera, surveillance, facial recognition and remote guarding services throughout North America.

Among his many accomplishments, Lupo formed strategic alliances that introduced video surveillance as a service (VSaaS) to the security industry, establishing industry standards, according to the announcement.
“I am honored to be part of such an innovative company and growing team of professionals,” Lupo says. “I see DICE as a leader in the future of the security industry, and I look forward to contributing to the vision and expansion of the company.”
