IP NetConnect Integrated With Micro Key Central Station Automation Software

The IP NetConnect remote network device monitoring and connectivity platform scans for offline customer devices and Internet connection issues.

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — IP NetConnect, a remote network monitoring and connectivity platform, is now integrated with central station automation software by Micro Key Solutions (MKS).

Among its feature sets, the integration facilitates personnel to receive client notifications via SMS text messages, as network issues can be reported directly into the central station automation software.

The IP NetConnect remote network device monitoring and connectivity platform is installed at each customer site. The platform continually scans for offline customer devices and customer Internet connection issues. When a problem arises the service provider is notified. They can then connect remotely to the site and perform network device maintenance without having to roll a truck, according to the company.
