FLIR Systems of Wilsonville, Ore., releases the FLIR TCX Thermal Mini Bullet camera, a security camera combining 24/7 high-contrast thermal video and high-performance built-in video motion detection, according to the company.
Powered by the firm’s Lepton camera core, the camera features intrusion detection and video alarm verification technology. Additionally, the device supports lighting control, people counting, retail traffic flow and queue management.
FLIR maintains that the FLIR TCX can see clearly in complete darkness without any illumination, in bright sunlight, through smoke, dust or even light fog.
