Alarm Capital Alliance Grows Arizona Footprint With Acquisition
NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. — Alarm Capital Alliance (ACA) has acquired nearly 1,000 accounts from a family-owned security business in Arizona for an undisclosed amount.
The accounts — representing a 90% residential, 10% small commercial split — bring in about $25,000 in recurring monthly revenue (RMR), says Anastasia Bottos, chief business development officer and executive vice president of acquisitions, ACA. The firm now has a customer base of more than 5,000 accounts in Arizona.
The unnamed alarm company will continue to service the accounts, regrow their business, and continue to sell through ACA’s Independent Dealer Program.
“With our model, sellers have the opportunity to continue to operate, regrow their business and monetize their name,” Bottos tells SSI. “More often than not, they prefer to remain anonymous so competitors do not manipulate the information to the seller’s detriment in the market.”
