I-View Now Enhances MASterMind Intergration to Reduce False Alarms
The integration allows for the end user to cancel an alarm, request dispatch and call the monitoring center through their mobile device.
HENDERSON, Nev. — I-View Now announces an updated and improved integration with monitoring station automation software platform partner MASterMind.
The updated integration improves signaling by utilizing a dedicated MASrecv I-View Now receiver, which employs dedicated and proprietary signal types and signal formats to provide richer contextual information and video, according to the company.

This integration enables the distribution of better information to end users, operators, and first responders,” says Larry Folsom, president of I-View Now. “We’re very proud of this integration allowing for true collaboration between all parties. The MASterMind auto-notification and verification interface with I-View Now integration provides mobile verification to central station customers. This process allows the end user to cancel the alarm, request dispatch and call the monitoring center.
