9 Security Cameras to Surveil at ISC West 2015
Digital Watchdog will demonstrate its new MEGApix PANO 8MP and 48/32MP 180° View Cameras at ISC West 2015.
Four sensors are configured for 180° panoramic views and deliver video streams at 30 frames per second. The company describes the devices as the first multi-sensor IP cameras in the industry to deliver full frame HD video streams at up to 30fps (at 32MP; 15fps at 48MP).
With auto-focus lenses standard and CaaS capability (“Camera as a System” – DW Spectrum edge server onboard), the cameras take wide area surveillance to a new level, according to the company.
“We are able to provide the high frame rates possible from each individual sensor as four streams through a single drop on the network,” Ian Johnston, Founder and CEO of Innovative Security Designs (ISD) and CTO of Digital Watchdog says. “In addition, these cameras utilize our edge technology. They can run as their own servers and provide failover redundancy for recording.”
MEGApix PANO 8MP and 48MP Cameras are beta testing with availability in May 2015.
