2019 Recurring Revenue Report: RMR Growth Continues to Rise

Just more than a fifth (20.7%) of survey participant companies’ residential revenues are recurring in nature. While that is a 6-point drop-off from a year ago, the median rose 1.5 points from 11% to 12.5%. For almost half of the respondents (44%), RMR comprises 5% or less of their residential business. That compares to 39% in the prior survey.
