2019 Recurring Revenue Report: RMR Growth Continues to Rise

More than three-quarters of respondents indicated that their companies’ RMR emanates from intrusion or burglar alarm system monitoring. That was 3 points higher than a year ago, while the second leading offering, maintenance/service agreements, stood pat. Most other areas dropped or scored modest gains. Some of the biggest falls were fire alarm inspections (-6 points), video monitoring (-10), video intrusion alarm verification (-8) and managed (network/IT) security services (-9).
