Home Alone (1990)

Step aside SimpliSafe, Kevin McCallister was the original purveyor of DIY security. Okay, so they’re technically more booby traps than security solutions, but if Kevin’s parents installed a simple burglar alarm, the movie would have been over 40 minutes in.

Of course, I’m not complaining. Home Alone is a great movie.
