Leviton Launches Pro Support and Rewards Program for Smart Home Installers
Through the updated My Leviton app, security integrators and electricians can set up customers’ smart homes to earn and redeem awards points.
Through the new program, reward points are earned automatically upon Decora Smart Wi-Fi device enrollment to the My Leviton Cloud; there are no invoices to submit and the points accrue almost immediately.
MELVILLE, N.Y. — Leviton is now accepting applications for My Leviton Pro, a new support and rewards program geared toward professional installing contractors.
The new program is available through the My Leviton app for Decora Smart WiFi devices, which has been updated on iOS and Android platforms. The app now includes a special login for security integrators and professional electricians, along with an exclusive (800) support number and easy-to-earn rewards, according to a press release.
“The new My Leviton Pro Support and Rewards Program further ensures that our valued electrical installation partners have the modern tools they need to effectively and efficiently turn every home into a smart home,” says Greg Rhoades, director of marketing for Leviton. “For nearly 115 years, Leviton has assisted professional electricians, and our new My Leviton app features are just another way to show our appreciation and commitment to our partners.”

With Pro Mode in the My Leviton app, electricians can use their own smartphones or tablets to log into their Pro accounts, create the homeowner’s residence, add smart devices to the Cloud, and then transfer control of the devices in the home to the homeowner. Reward points vary based upon the complexity and cost of the My Leviton-compatible device, and points expire two years after a device is enrolled.
At any time the owner or administrator can use the My Leviton app to redeem gift certificates to the Leviton Logo Store in increments of $25, $50, $75 or $100. Redeemed gift certificates expire a year after receipt, ensuring long-term accrual is possible to earn the higher-value gear from brands like Carhartt, Nike, Titleist, Otterbox, Under Armour, Swiss Army and more.
Additionally, a rewards tracking dashboard provides a historical reference of when points were earned and what smart devices were enrolled. Beyond on-demand rewards, grand prizes will also be randomly raffled. These include YETI coolers and a trip to New Orleans to meet the development team for a private dinner and ride in a real Mardi Gras parade with hotel, air and beads provided.
In addition to the pro program and features, the My Leviton app is said to feature several new user experience enhancements:
- A modernized and improved look, with the option to customize icons for smart devices and activities, such as “Movie Time”
- Access and updated new firmware for all My Leviton devices in one place
- Status of residence and lights, plus the option to easily engage home/away with the new “At a Glance” dashboard feature on the improved home screen
- Ability to turn lights on and off with one tap, instead of two
- Faster streamlined device setup with new illustrations and instructions
The new features are coupled with existing attributes, such as custom device settings, control from anywhere, schedules, activities and integrations.
The My Leviton Pro Program is now accepting applications from U.S.-based electrical contracting companies here. Upon approval, a Pro-level My Leviton app login will be provided, and the company owner or administrator may use the app to invite their electricians to earn reward points.
