NetOne Appoints Ron Rosenbaum as New President
Rosenbaum has over two decades of executive leadership experience, including four years serving the security industry as chief global marketing & business development officer for ASIS Int’l.
RALEIGH, N.C. — NetOne, a network combining 35 “Best of the Best” independently owned electronic security companies across the U.S. and Canada, has named Ron Rosenbaum president.
With over two decades of executive leadership experience, including four years from 2016 to 2020 serving the security industry as chief global marketing & business development officer for ASIS Int’l, NetOne says Rosenbaum’s addition will bolster the electronic security network, positioning the group to continue its growth as a highly regarded provider of leading-edge technologies, as well as communications and managed services.
“I am excited and thankful to return to the security industry,” says Rosenbaum. “I entered this profession because security firms and practitioners deliver incredibly critical and meaningful services to society. One of my personal core values is connected to performing important and impactful work that contributes to making our world a better, safer place.”
He continues, “I believe the industry can and should benefit from the collective value of the security industry’s most highly regarded independently owned security companies, and that’s what NetOne offers. It is an honor to help lead NetOne into this next phase of success and build upon the impressive foundation that is already in place.”
Serving most recently as interim SVP of brand & engagement at The American Institute of Architects, following his four years at ASIS, Rosenbaum previously held the position of COO at American Gaming Association from 2014 to 2016. He has also earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Ron to the organization,” says Scott Elkins, chairman, NetOne. “We know that Ron will help lead us into the future and expand upon our history of success.”
Founded in 1988, NetOne’s function is to provide its customers with the highest level of service by leveraging its network relationships to offer the most sophisticated, technologically advanced solutions available in the ever-changing field of electronic security, according to the network.
The 35 independent companies that form NetOne serve more than 775,000 customers throughout the U.S. and Canada, and are said to have a reputation for excellence in an industry that is highly competitive. Although each is local or regional in scope, they share best practices and compare performance to ascertain the most effective methods of providing customers with what they need now — and projecting and delivering what they may need in the future.
