Per Mar Security Expands Ind. Footprint With 2 Purchases
DAVENPORT, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services has purchased the assets of two Indiana security companies, Centech Security Systems and S&L Services for an undisclosed amount.
Founded more than 30 years ago, Valparaiso, Ind.-based Centech Security Systems is a low-voltage contractor, specializing in the installation and service of monitored intrusion and fire protection systems for residential and commercial customers. The firm also installs surveillance cameras and access control solutions.
Established in 2005, Walkerton, Ind.-based S&L Services provides electronic security systems for small businesses, government agencies and local law enforcement agencies throughout Indiana and Michigan. The firm offers intrusion detection, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intercoms, medical alert devices and live vehicle tracking.
Operating since 1953, Per Mar operates 20 locations throughout Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska, along with its own UL-Listed, FM-approved central station. The firm will service all the newly acquired accounts from its Mishawaka, Ind.-based branch office.
