PowerHouse Alliance Gains 7 New Distribution Warehouse Locations
The national consortium of regional wholesale distributors bolsters local availability with new warehouses in Kansas, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.

PITTSBURGH — The PowerHouse Alliance, a national consortium of regional wholesale distributors with products in the residential and commercial A/V, security, networking, IT and consumer electronics accessories markets, announces the expansion of its distribution locations across the country.
The expansion includes seven new warehouses — five locations are open now, and two are set to open in Q1 2021. With the addition of seven locations, the 11 distributor members will stock 55 locations in total across the continental US.
The way homeowners live, work, and play has transformed this year, causing an increase in demand for home entertainment systems, networking equipment, home office technology solutions and home control systems, according to the organization.
The PowerHouse Alliance says its members have adapted by taking on new in-demand brands and products, with stocked warehouses with online ordering, curbside pick-up, and other safe purchasing methods allowing dealers to get immediate access to the products they need for any job.
The new locations offer closer access and more pick-up and shipping options for mounts, racks, TVs, speakers and other residential, commercial, and security lines offered by PowerHouse Alliance members.
Member Pioneer Music Company added a facility in Lenexa, Kan., member ECD added a warehouse in San Antonio and member Mountain West opened a location in Seattle.
Ui Supplies now has a location and corporate headquarters in Ramsay, N.J. while a new larger location in Nashville has been added by 21st Century Distributing. Two additional locations are under construction and will open in Q1 2021. The PowerHouse Alliance says it will share more details closer to the launches.
“Despite the challenges that COVID-19 has presented to the industry, the PowerHouse Alliance has adapted and continued to grow and support dealers,” says Dennis Holzer, executive director for the PowerHouse Alliance. “Now, with seven additional locations, more dealers across the country have immediate and safe access to all of the products and brands they need to complete any job — right when they need them, whether through same day or next day delivery, curbside pick-up, or 24-hour will call. Our brand portfolio and locations enable us to support dealers as they take on new installations and homeowners’ needs this year. Additional locations will further smooth their daily operations.”
