Sacha Baron Cohen has made a career out of dressing up as wild characters and interviewing unsuspecting people. If that name doesn’t ring a bell, perhaps you know him as Borat, or Bruno. Maybe even as Ali G.

Cohen’s latest project, ‘Who is America?,’ has been making headlines for the high-profile political figures he has managed to trick into interviews. However, he wasn’t able to trick this California gun store owner. Very nice!

Store security footage shows Cohen walk into the store with a long grey beard and leather outfit. According to the store owner, Cohen was claiming to be a Hungarian immigrant.

However, as soon as the comedian opened his mouth, the owner immediately recognized his voice. Cohen then promptly turns around and leaves the store. The owner was unable to get an explanation from his producer.
